  • Kristina Low

    MANAGER (ALBANY AND DENMARK HUBS) & REGIONAL PARTNERSHIPS

    Kristina leads regional engagement and partnership initiatives that support higher education opportunities across the Great Southern.

    With extensive experience in higher education, Kristina has worked across Edith Cowan University, Curtin University and the University of Tasmania in teaching support, student support, communications and program roles.

    Passionate about regional education, Kristina is committed to building partnerships that create opportunities for students and strengthen the Great Southern community.

  • Chris Stretch

    MANAGER (KATANNING HUB)

    Chris is passionate about increasing access to education and giving back to the local community and region he grew up in.

    With more than 16 years’ experience supporting and mentoring rural boarding students in Perth, Chris has helped students navigate TAFE, WACE and the International Baccalaureate while encouraging them to reach their full potential.

    Now in Katanning, Chris is committed to helping students overcome barriers, build confidence and achieve their education goals.

  • Holly Pepper

    EDUCATION DEVELOPMENT OFFICER & STUDENT SUPPORT

    Holly provides student support across all levels of study, offering specialist support and opportunities for the Curtin University Graduate Diploma of Education cohort and education/teaching students generally.

    With teaching experience in primary and secondary schools, vocational training and informal education programs, Holly brings a practical, relevant and creative approach to supporting students with remote study.

    She is passionate about helping education students engage with their learning, navigate their studies and achieve their educational and professional goals.

  • MICHELLE DOWNIE

    STUDENT SUPPORT OFFICER

    Michelle is passionate about student success, drawing on her own experience as a rural student completing her Bachelor of Biomedical Science online.

    With a background in university student engagement and wellbeing, Michelle provides personalised support to help students navigate their studies, wellbeing and the challenges of online learning.

    Michelle is the specialist student contact for the Curtin University Bachelor of Science (Nursing/Advanced Nursing) Enrolled Nurse to Registered Nurse cohort.

  • Jane Mouritz

    COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT COORDINATOR

    Jane builds connections between the Universities Centre, students, local businesses, industry and the wider community.

    With experience in adult and remote education, Jane understands the challenges faced by regional and online students firsthand. She has worked in local government, served on State and national advisory committees, and currently lectures in business at Southern Regional TAFE.

    Jane is passionate about creating opportunities and strengthening connections across the Great Southern.
